Study engineer: Treatment and analysis of biological data, at the University of Strasbourg
My activity is mainly based on two axes:
- Collect, manage, treate, analyse, query and display high-througput biological data.
GxDb (Gene eXpression DataBase), developed in collaboration with LBGI members, is a tool of management, automatic treatment, analysis and visualisation of transcriptomic experiments
- Functional analysis
