BiGEst-ICube platform
The BiGEst-ICube (Bio-Informatics and Genomics East) platform offers access to state-of-the-art computing equipment and the corresponding technological and scientific expertise for the development and provision of computing resources (software, databases, etc.). It represents a unique entry point for services related to bioinformatics, data mining or modeling and optimization of complex biological systems developed by ICube research teams.
The ICube platform is a partner of the Strasbourg bioinformatics platform, BiGEst, which has expertise, tools and bioinformatics resources, focused on evolutionary and functional analyses in various fields of application, including biomedical studies.
